Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when H4CF2, LLC (“H4CF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) gives money back for our products: LetterCircuit, Penspoke, TxtSndr, and Homes For Cash Fast. It repeats the refund rules already in each product’s terms and adds nothing to them. Nothing here limits any refund right you have under the law.

LetterCircuit

• Pieces we fail to write. We refund pieces that LetterCircuit fails to write.
• Cancelled before production. You can cancel a piece before it enters production, which is when we begin writing it. We release the wallet hold for any piece you cancel before production.
• Not written, not charged. At approval we place a hold on your wallet. We charge a piece only when we write it. If we do not write a piece, we release its hold.
• Once written, no refund. We do not refund a piece once it has been written, including because of a postal delay or non-delivery, an address you gave us that was wrong or undeliverable, or content you asked us to write.
• Postage. Postage on a written and mailed piece is not refundable.
• Wallet funds. Wallet funds are prepayment for LetterCircuit and cannot be withdrawn as cash, except where the law requires a refund. This also applies when you close your account.

Penspoke

• Damage or our mistake. If your card arrives damaged, or we make a mistake writing or addressing it, contact us and we will reprint and remail it at no charge, or issue a refund.
• Cancelled before writing. You can cancel a card any time before we start writing it.
• Account deleted before writing. If you delete your account while a paid card has not been written, we pause that order during the 30-day recovery window. If your account is then permanently deleted, we cancel the unwritten order and refund what you paid for it.
• Once written, no refund for things outside our control. We do not refund a card once it has been written for reasons outside our control, such as a postal delay or non-delivery, an address you gave us that was wrong or undeliverable, or the content you asked us to write.

Homes For Cash Fast

Homes For Cash Fast charges no fees and no commissions for a cash offer, and there is no obligation to accept one, so this policy has no refund rule for it.

How refunds are paid

Where a product’s terms allow a refund, it goes back to the original payment method and normally shows within 5 to 10 business days after we issue it.
